Video Games
I grew up with a NES. The first series I played was Mario, but Samus and the Metroid hoard will always come first in my virtual heart. Though the army of Spartan warriors might just be enough to overtake Mrs. Aran especially with their newly formed "alliance" with a select group from the Covenant.
Though, in the intervening years between first falling in love with Nintendo's Metroid and the release of Prime, I had to follow a third party over to the Playstation. I am talking, of course, about Square. A huge obsession in my life has been the Final Fantasy series. In fact, RPG's in general used to be my video game chocolate. The FPS's, RTS's, ect can all entertain me but if they don't have that element of RPG; the system which I am allowed to explore and come to my own conclusions then the game loses just a minor amount of appeal to me.
Sadly, a few recent years have shown me that one needs to unplug. In fact, every once in a while reality may just surprise you (if you don't surprise yourself first). With the loss of some of the old I must start looking towards the new. And just as soon as I get the funds...and pay off a few more debts, I plan on getting a one of the next gen (though I can't quite decide which of the three I want at this point). If only there was a three in one system...
Ah, but enough dreaming and Reminiscing. Life beckons and she isn't all too forgiving.
Music
I have many musical interests. Talk to me if you want to learn of some of them.
Footnote: If you are familiar with the name Nobuo Uematsu...we have a common interest (most likely).
