Interests
Aside from my daughter, teaching English now and then, and struggling along in Japanese with a smattering of Korean or occasionally attempting to resurrect my little French, I'm a virtual personage on various sites and mailing lists.
I'm an out-of-practice minor martial artist. I did aikido to sankyu mostly in Thunder Bay, Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu iaido to shodan twice in either country, and Shindo Muso Ryu jodo to sandan. The latter two were both with the Kendo Federations.
