I think of myself as being an eclectic and intellectual oddity, ostensibly an enigma. "Dubito, ergo cogito, ergo sum " is the essence of my existence and learning is its key because knowledge is power. Please inquire within if you really are interested in finding out more. I'm open to discussions and I always love a good debate, I greatly appreciate and value integrity, honesty, intelligence and well, good grammar and literacy. So, I dare you, drop me a line.
Please do keep in mind that I'm not here to play the whole fan/rate/add game. I love photography and I will rate those pictures that I find inspiring for one reason or another; I don't downrate but rather move on if "don't have anything nice to say". I will also not add anyone to my friends' list unless there has been prior conversation and discovery of some mutual interest and common grounds. I couldn't care less about what the count is in my friends' list, but rather who's in it. I also don't care to be anyone's virtual, fubar girlfriend/wife/mistress/owner/bitch, I don't care for lounges, popularity contests, etc. With all that being said...

Metal, metal and once again metal. I grew up listening to my dad's music, which consisted mostly of Pink Floyd, Jimi Henrix, Deep Purple, The Animals, etc. Then, one fateful summer day when I was about 12, I heared my first Manowar tune. It's been all "downhill" from there on.
I still listen to heavy metal, but blackmetal, deathmetal and powermetal rank high as well. To name just a few bands: Pantera, Blind Guardian, Iced Earth, Tristania, Opeth, Sonata Arctica, Moonspell, Demons and Wizards, Morbid Angel, Immortal, Emperor, Burzum, Amon Amarth, Cannibal Corpse,Lacrimosa, Deicide, Absu, Amorphis, Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth, In Flames, Lake of Tears, Dream Theater, Nile, Carcass,Evereve, Falkenbach,Satyricon, Tiamat, Therion.
You get the idea... HOWEVER...I also love classical a lot and I listen to anything and everything that sounds good to me, regardless of genre. My playlist below reflects the diversity of what I enjoy listening to, depending on my mood and state of mind.
