Well i was pretty much always a heavy-set person. Until Jan of 2004 i put a new years resolution which i decided i would not break. Putting my health ahead of everything i dedicated myself to hitting the gym. I got a personal trainer..who oddly enough i went to high school with...he is now a professional body builder. From a starting weight of 297lbs..i am down to 228lbs. I was a XXL in shirts down to a Large...44 waist down to a 34/36 varies depending on pants. Its an awesome feeling. I used to run a 1/4 mile and be extremely out of breath. Now i run 5-6 miles non-stop..i intend on hitting up the chicago marathon in 2007. Training begins NOW! I am taking Criminal Justice Courses at a college to hopefully fulfill my dream of becoming a part of Chicago's Finest (CPD). I also took the chicago firefighters test, which i passed, and am currently awaiting a call for possible interview, drug, test, physical fitness test. I am currently at a 14m:20s two mile run which is equivalent to a 7m:10
